- Position description summary
- The main objectives of the Fernlea Shop of Opportunities Shop Leads role are to supervise the work of all shop volunteer and promote Fernlea and its services. Experience in retail or sales is desirable along with the ability to manage a team. You need good attention to details, strong customer service skills, attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling money, positive attitude, honest and trustworthy, and of neat appearance.
