Types of engineering plans
The plans you need to submit will depend on the development and subdivision type.
Subdivision Development Engineering Plans - typically for greenfield developments and developments creating Council assets and includes:
- Stormwater Management Strategy
- Public lighting plans
- Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP)
- Functional Layout Plans (FLP)
- Detailed Construction Plans
- As constructed plans
- Schedule of works and costs
Stormwater Management Plans - typically developments that include lots with a common property driveway, Childcare or Medical Centres, Multi Lot Unit Developments, Industrial/Commercial Developments. This category includes plans required under planning permits issued for Subdivision only, i.e. driveway access and drainage connection:
- Stormwater Management Plans
- Driveway Access and Drainage Plans as requested under a Subdivision only Planning Permit
- Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP)
- Any other documentation, as required by your Planning Permit
Landscape Plans - typically Streetscapes, Open Space, Water Ways, Wetlands, Gas Easements
- Detailed Landscape Plans
- As Constructed
- Arborist Reports, Specifications, Cost Schedules, Checklists and other corresponding documents
