Submit Landscape Plans

  • You can submit landscape plans or revision to a landscape plan online to our Development Team .
  • You will often be asked to submit landscape plans as part of the planning permit process.
  • What to include with your submission.
  • An Incomplete Works Bond (150% value of the works) is to be paid prior to Statement of Compliance if landscape works are not yet complete. If landscape works are complete and Practical Completion has been awarded, a Maintenance bond (50% value of the works) is to be paid prior to Statement of Compliance instead.
  • As constructed plans in requested formats are required to be submitted and approved prior to practical completion request.
  • Scheduled inspections at 6, 12 and 21 months from Practical Completion date are to be requested at least 2 weeks prior to due date
  • Streetscapes, Open Space, Water Ways, Wetlands, Gas Easements and future Council Assets

Development landscape plans

  • Endorsed Landscape Master Plan
  • Plans combined in a single PDF
  • Opinion of Probable Cost
  • Evidence of approval of landscape plans from other relevant authorities
  • Completed Checklist 2 from Developer Landscape Guidelines

As constructed plans

  • Plans combined in single PDF
  • A-Spec data - in ESRI Shapefile Format
  • Separate Cad file in .dwg format
  • Completed checklist 4a or 4b from Developer Landscape Guidelines

Corresponding reports and other documentation as required

  • i.e  Arborist Report, Maintenance Plan, Structural Plans, Tree Management Plans or Impact Assessments, etc.

Please ensure you include the following information with your plan submission:

• Your planning permit number (Eg. T12345) and/or subdivision number (Eg. S20-123)
