Health emergencies
Our role in a health emergency
In Victoria the Department of Health (DH) is the lead agency for all health-related emergencies. They provide information on what the community need to do in the event of a significant health emergency.
We work with and support DHHS and health agencies in the reponse and recovery phases of these emergencies.
