Cardinia Shire Community Satisfaction Survey starts this week
From Saturday 1 March, independent research company Metropolis Research will be conducting the 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey on behalf of Cardinia Shire Council.
During March and April, around 900 residents across Cardinia Shire will be randomly selected and surveyed to gain insight into community needs and the delivery of Council services.
Field staff will be conducting the face-to-face surveys by doorknock on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10am to 5pm. Some residents may be contacted by phone and invited to take part in the survey.
Council will use the data from the surveys to inform improvements to the delivery of its services to community members.
Participation in the survey is voluntary. However, feedback from our residents is valuable, and we encourage and appreciate your participation.
Please be assured that participant’s personal details and individual responses are confidential, and residents will not be asked to provide financial or banking details as part of this survey.
The surveyors will be carrying a letter of authorisation to conduct the research on behalf of Council. This letter is proof of the legitimacy of the survey and is available to review on request by residents who are approached to participate in the survey.
