Make a seasonal booking for a sports ground
Key points
- A number of our recreation reserves are available for sporting clubs to book for regular use during the summer or winter sports seasons.
- If your club already has a seasonal booking, you will receive an application form to re-book at the start of August or February for the upcoming season.
- To enquire about a new seasonal booking, contact the Recreation Liaison Officer on 1300 787 624 or mail@cardinia.vic.gov.au
Bookings for summer season

Applications are accepted. If your club already has a seasonal booking, you will receive an application form to re-book. Completed forms and certificate of currency for public liability insurance should be returned by the end of the month. |

We will contact the successful clubs with information about their facility. Please sign and return the letter by the end of the month. |

October |
We will contact the club to inspect the facility. |
|
November |
Invoices will be sent. |

Before the end of the season |
We will contact the club to inspect the facility and collect all keys. |
