We are giving two 25L bags of compost to households using a Council food and garden waste (lime green lidded) kerbside bin.
The contents of this bin get turned into compost for Victorian farms and community gardens to improve their soil quality. Now you can also improve your soil quality in your own garden thanks to this bin.
Registrations have been filled, however you can join the waitlist.
To join the waitlist:
- Fill out the registration form (click on 'join waitlist')
- If compost becomes availble you will receive an email.
- Once contacted, bring your ID with the registered address to the CEC Nursery Coalition Nursery at Deep Creek Reserve in Pakenham. The Nursery is open Fridays 9am-12pm (midday) or the last Saturday of the month 9am- 12pm (midday).
The Compost Giveaway is open now until Saturday 28 June or while stocks last.
