Expressions of interest for stallholders and vendors

Join us at the 2025 Cardinia Shire Carols by Candlelight! Expressions of interest are now open for local stallholders and vendors to participate in the 2025 Cardinia Shire Carols by Candlelight. This cherished community event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products or services while being part of a festive evening filled with music, cheer, and camaraderie. Expressions of interest close on 7 November.

Why Participate?

Being a part of the Carols by Candlelight allows you to connect with the community, promote your business, and contribute to the spirit of the season. Let’s make this year’s event the best one yet!  

Who We’re Looking For

We’re prioritising applications from: 

• Cardinia Shire-based community groups 
• Not-for-profit organizations 
• Commercial vendors and businesses 

Selection Criteria

When reviewing applications, we will consider: 

• The relevance and suitability of your offering to the event 
• The benefit of and interactivity with the community at our event 

Fees

• Stallholders (Commercial Vendors/Businesses): $100 site fee 
• Food Vendors: $250 site fee 

Site Space

• You will be allocated a site space of up to 3 x 3 or 6 x 3 metres. 
• Requests for a larger space will incur an additional fee and will be subject to approval. 

Registration and Insurance

• Food Vendors: Must be registered with Foodtrader. 
• If your organisation has an ABN, you must hold public liability insurance of a minimum of $20,000,000. 

Power Supply

Please note that there is no power available on-site for stallholders or vendors to use unless it has been arranged in advance. If you require power, you must provide your own tagged and tested power source.
